This Year’s Bark At The Park Is Dedicated To

Proceeds from the High Desert Obedience Club’s Rally Ring entries will be donated to one of Shirley’s favorite charities. Rally Fees: $2.00 per run. Proceeds will be donated to Best Friends Animal Society , one of Shirley’s favorite charities.”
There will also be a Memory Book where you can read about and enter memories of Shirley. This book will be presented to her husband Joe and daughters.

Lure Coursing
We are so excited this year- We have an entire outfield just for lure coursing!!
(This activity will be cancelled if it rains or if too hot for the machines.)
We will donate $1 per run to the Bark at the Park Lancaster. These donations join the larger pool of donations which ultimately benefit the LA County Animal Shelter in Lancaster.
We look forward to seeing our lure coursing “addicts” and meeting newbies!

This year for a nominal fee have your dog hooked up to a scooter and see if he enjoys urban sledding!

Canine Good Citizen Test
Presented by High Desert Obedience Club
Registration: 9:00 am Event Begins at 10:00 am
The CGC Test is to demonstrate that the dog, as a companion of man, can be a respected member of the community, and can be trained and conditioned to always behave in the home, in public places,and in the presence of other dogs in a manner that will reflect credit on the dog.
To qualify, a dog must pass each of the ten test categories listed below.
